For larger wedding of over 50 Guests
re recommend:
Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi: It offers spaces "
all styled with historic opulence" They have a wonderfully
crafted flowery worded website to be sure. I love the wording
like "Regal Lanna" which in our minds is not what Lanna
is at all about, but sounds mystical. Lanna is really about the
openness and warmth of her simple people, as it was known for
by the Royal families of the Kingdom of Siam centuries ago and
as it is still to this day, by traveler from around the world.

Suan Bua Resort is a good place for large Thai theme
weddings offer hotel facilities but offers only central Thai
style weddings. No where as posh as the Dhara Dhevi and
maybe not so authentic ceremonies as it could be but truly a
fun wedding can be had there and not so pricy for sure. See
here another nice thing is if you want the whole wedding
party to stay in one place the rooms have very different classes
and prices so everyone can afford it.
