The registration part of
a Thai Wedding is not possible for same sex couples.
That is to say that like most Thai couples your marriage will
not be registered in the city hall. The Thai people do not normally
register their wedding there. As such the registration of any
marriage is not in most Thai minds anything to do with the wedding.
Only to do with government paperwork. To us the wedding is a
social and spiritual thing not a legal contract.
The Traditional Thai Buddhist wedding has no problem with
same sex couples. In fact it acknowledges the fact that the spirit
is only in, the physical vessel and as such it makes no distinction
about sexes and marriage but it is the soul of the person that
matters.
So fundamentally we offer the same options of the weddings
with no real differences if the couples are different sex or
same sex couples.
