Start on left side with tail being
left out of top corner
Rap left to right quite tight
When you can go no more times around
grab a side of material and make another tail and tie together
leaving piece hanging down to drape nicely 
Make double knot then fold in the
knot in so you can not see it.
Then fold outer edge in the top all
the way around till look finished.
